Karis Meier

I’m Karis Meier—author, speaker, wife, and mother of four. After living in many places around the world, our family now calls Kansas home. My personal journey through chronic illness has deeply shaped my faith and taught me to know God’s strength, presence, and faithfulness in suffering. What began through blogs, articles, and devotionals grew into a calling to encourage others through books and ministry.

With a background in counseling and opportunities to speak through podcasts, churches, and ministry events, my heart is to help others endure hardship with hope and discover that God is faithful in every season.
