Suffering
Redeemed
Finding Strength to endure, purpose in pain, and hope for tomorrow
With God, suffering can be redeemed
Suffering well is not a one-size-fits-all. It will look different, and that’s ok. Suffering brings us to the end of ourselves, tempting us to close our eyes and lock our hearts. Gazing up to Love is the key to living shameless and free before our King.
About me
Karis Meier
Hello Friend, I am so glad you are here! I have lived all over the world but currently reside in Northern Virginia with my husband and four children. I am passionate about many things: my family, church, writing, counseling, soccer, but foremost Jesus and his kingdom! I have walked a journey with chronic illness for many years and am honored to be used in my weakness to show God’s strength and faithfulness. Several years ago, God put on my heart to start writing. I started with a blog, articles, and devotionals, and now have written my first book! My heart is to encourage and equip you to walk through your suffering with the hope and comfort that only Jesus can provide.
